HOW OUR WARRANTY WORKS

All AlfaJewelry products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, fading, breakage, and any quality issues that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover intentional damage, loss, or normal wear and tear such as minor scratches from extended daily use.

Simply email us with a photo or video showing the issue, along with your order number. We'll review the evidence and guide you through the exchange process. You do not need to return the defective product.

You can exchange it for the same product or a different product of equal or lower value. If you'd like a more expensive item, you're welcome to choose it — you'll just pay the price difference.

If your original product is no longer in stock, you can choose any other product from our collection of equal or lower value, or pay the difference for a higher-value item.

No. We only require photo or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we'll ship the replacement directly to you — no need to send anything back.
