If your order is not going through, here are the most common reasons:
Payment Issues: Ensure your card has sufficient funds and that all card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are entered correctly. For digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, make sure your account is verified and in good standing.
Billing Information: Verify that your billing address matches the one associated with your payment method. Even small typos can cause transactions to fail.
Bank Restrictions: Some banks may block international transactions or online purchases. Contact your bank to authorize the payment.
If you continue to experience issues after checking these points, please try a different payment method or contact our customer support for assistance.
In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock or if our system suspects that the order may be fraudulent.
There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all payment method, billing, and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care.
The authorization should "drop" from your account within 4-7 business days for credit cards depending on the bank or credit union that issued your card. AlfaJewelry is unable to reinstate a cancelled order. If you still see a pending charge after 7 business days, please contact your bank to inquire further.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you have received the order, you can request a return, and once we have received the return, we will process a full refund for your purchase.
If you realize that you entered the wrong information after your order was accepted, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your details before the shipment is dispatched.

After an order is placed, there is a temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

All product prices on AlfaJewelry are displayed in your local currency, based on your location.
At checkout, you will also be charged in your local currency. The amount shown at checkout is exactly what you will pay.
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery is not available as a payment option.
