Select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions and provide the necessary details, such as your shipping address and payment information.

You’ll see an on-screen confirmation right after checkout, and we’ll also email you an order confirmation. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. If you don’t see this link, please check your spam folder or contact us for help.

Please note that when authorizing the purchase, Alfa-Jewelry sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, possible reasons include:

  • The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file.
  • The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.
  • The card’s CVV code is incorrect.
  • The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank.

If you are still having trouble, please contact your bank or email us for further assistance.

In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock or if our system suspects that the order may be fraudulent.

There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all credit card, billing, and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care.

The authorization should “drop” from your account within 4-7 business days for credit cards depending on the bank or credit union that issued your card. Alfa-Jewelry is unable to reinstate a cancelled order. If you still see a pending charge after 7 business days, please contact your bank to inquire further.

To cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you have received the order, you can request a return, and once we have received the return, we will process a full refund for your purchase.

If you realize that you entered the wrong information after your order was accepted, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your details before the shipment is dispatched.

PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Shop Pay.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, UnionPay.

For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.

We do offer Klarna for installment or partial payments, but Klarna is only available in European countries that use the Euro currency. If Klarna is available in your region, you can select it at checkout for a split-payment plan.

If your payment fails, please try refreshing the page or using a different card. Double-check your billing address and card details for any typos. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer support for further help.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple payment methods for a single order. Please select one valid payment method at checkout.

After an order is placed, there is a temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

Yes, we use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are protected. We do not store your full card information—your details are processed securely via our payment providers.

You will be charged in the currency you select on our website. We provide several currency options for international customers. If your local currency isn’t listed, your bank may convert the charge at its own exchange rate.

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery is not available as a payment option.
