Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email we send once your order has been dispatched. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from AlfaJewelry with the subject "Order #XXXX is on Its Way to You!".
Tracking information can take 2–5 days to appear after your order has been shipped. This is normal — it means your package is in transit to the first scanning point. If there's still no update after 7 days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
Please check with neighbours, your building reception, or any safe place the courier may have left the package. Sometimes the delivery scan happens slightly before actual delivery. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.
Your order is shipped via international logistics. Once it arrives in your country, it is handed over to your local postal service or courier for final delivery. You can track your shipment at every stage on this page.
